Summer meal program – ICOB & NSD Initiative

At ICOB We Care.

We are proud to inform you that ICOB has partnered with the Northshore Schools Foundation and the Northshore School District along with a number of other local community organizations to organize a summer meal program for students and families in need of food assistance during 2024 summer months.

Summer can be difficult for families who rely on additional mean support for their children.  During this time, students eligible for Free and Reduced Lunch no longer receive assistance from the District’s Food and Nutrition Services Department.

Your Donation Ensures a Northshore student and family in need will get a box of pre-packaged non-perishable food items.

At ICOB We Give. 

ICOB invites our generous community members to donate generously for this great cause.  Please donate money to the Northshore Schools Foundation to support the summer meals program.  One box feeds one family of four for one week.  Financial donations will support the purchase of food in Bulk.  You may donate money anytime between July 1 – August 14, 2024. This donation collection is organized by Northshore Schools Foundation (www.northshoreschoolsfoundation.org) which is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID Number is 91-1680139).

At ICOB We Lead.  

ICOB is taking a lead in assembling, packaging and distributing the food boxes. We will be organizing an event for volunteers to assemble and package boxes followed by a separate event for families in need to drive through to receive boxes.
