Vendor Fee A vendor registration fee is required to reserve a booth. Vendor understands and agrees that: Vendor space is only confirmed after payment is received. Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the Islamic Center of Bothell. 2. Vendor Responsibilities The Vendor agrees that they are an independent seller and are solely responsible for: All products sold at their booth Collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes Obtaining any required licenses or permits Compliance with local health and safety regulations Providing their own displays and equipment unless otherwise specified 3. Permitted and Prohibited Items Vendors may only sell items that are appropriate for a family-friendly Islamic community event. The following items are strictly prohibited: Alcohol Tobacco products Drugs or controlled substances Weapons Non-halal food Any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal products The Islamic Center of Bothell reserves the right to require removal of any item deemed inappropriate. 4. Food Vendors Vendors selling food must: Follow all applicable food safety guidelines Ensure food is halal Obtain any required temporary food permits Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices 5. Booth Setup and Cleanup Vendors agree to: Set up within the designated time provided by the event organizers Keep their booth area clean and safe Remove all trash and materials at the end of the event Not dismantle booths before the event closing time without permission Not move or alter the assigned booth location without approval from event organizers 6. Liability Waiver and Indemnification Vendor agrees that participation in the event is voluntary. Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Islamic Center of Bothell, its board members, staff, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from: Vendor’s participation in the event Vendor’s products or services Vendor’s equipment or booth setup 7. Loss or Damage The Islamic Center of Bothell is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. 8. Photography and Media Vendor acknowledges that photos or videos may be taken during the event and may be used by the Islamic Center of Bothell for promotional or community purposes. 9.
