Events

Quran We teach how to read Arabic text then the students learn how to read the Quran with tajweed (the rules of recitation). We also offer Quran memorization and basic Islamic knowledge for children above 7 years old (performing wud’u and Prayers etc…). The teacher works with each student individually.When: Classes are currently offered every Wed, Fri, & Sun after 6:30 PM. Please note class time might change later due to parent’s needs.

Hadith Cover Al-Imam An-Nawawi (R), one of the most prominent scholars known for the depth of his knowledge, his piety, and most importantly for having dedicated all of his life to serving the Deen. He gathered the most famous and important Ahadith (transmitted narrations of the Prophet Mohammed SAWS) into one book: THE FORTY AHADITH.The halaq’ah (circle) will be an attempt at studying these Ahadith. The format is a family-friendly classical study circle open to everyone.

Bricks 4 Kids Bricks 4 Kidz After School Classes coming to ICOB in October
These are hands-on classes where students use LEGO® bricks to design & build educational models including motorized machines.

  • Problem solving & critical thinking skills are developed
  • Math & Science concepts are explored through hands-on project
  • Creativity & self-confidence are encouraged
  • Architecture & Engineering concepts are explored
  • Teamwork is fostered
