Islamic Center of Bothell (ICOB) was established on August 1st, 2009 and opened its doors to serve Muslims in the Bothell (and surrounding areas) on Aug 22nd, 2009.
One of the primary goals of ICOB is to enable Muslims to conduct congregational prayers and Islamic religious festivals and endeavor to promote unity and cooperation within its congregation. Currently due to space limitations and city regulations, ICOB had to reach out to its larger community such as St. Brendan Church where we have graciously been allowed to use a conference room for our weekly Friday congregational prayers (Jumuah prayer).
Furthermore, ICOB strive to provide support for spiritual growth and opportunity to enhance the practice of Islam in its congregations’ daily lives through religious, educational, social and other activities in accordance with the best traditions of Islam. ICOB respects diversity, and aims to create an open and welcoming environment to its congregation and their family.
Currently ICOB is looking for a larger facility where we can offer our five daily prayers and Jumuah prayers at.
